    Dear Vendors and Friends, Thank you for your interest in participating in the 72ND Annual NIBROC Festival. Applications are available online or you can contact us at stephanie@sky-eda.com and request one be mailed or email to you. Please specify which type of vendor you are or what you will be selling. Non- profit vendors will be asked to provide documentation of tax-exempt determination. Please read the section of the application pertaining to you or your business. Also, be sure to read the disclaimer addressed to the attention of ALL APPLICANTS before signing the application. A photo of your booth, a product/item/ menu and price list must accompany the application. Your application is not complete until all requested documents and full payment is received. Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Vendor placement is at the sole discretion of the Executive Director of the Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. NO ROVING SALES, NO FREE ITEMS. OPERATION IS CONFINED TO YOUR RENTAL SPACE. NO SUB-LEASING OR SHARING OF BOOTH SPACE. **220V Electric Service: The charge for 220V electric service is $100.00. Vendors will be required to provide their own junction box, with breaker, and electrical cords in good working condition. 110V electric service is $65.00. The 2024 NIBROC Festival will begin on Wednesday evening, August 7th and run through Saturday, August 10th. All participants are required to keep their space clean and free of trash and debris. City dumpsters are made available at strategic locations for your use. You are required to supply your own garbage bags, and you are responsible for depositing all of your trash into the dumpsters. The street barrels are for the public’s use only. Participants must bring their own private containers. Participants will be registered by our volunteers prior to being escorted to their location. The carnival will open on Wednesday evening, August 7th. Vendors will be placed on Wednesday evening, August 7th. Information regarding the initial set-up on Wednesday evening will be provided to vendors prior to the festival. You must vacate your space by 2:00 AM after the close of the festival. If you wish to breakdown earlier, please be advised that you will have to carry all items out as no traffic will be able to go through Main Street until approximately 2:00 AM. Chamber personnel and volunteers will be available to escort you to your location and will assist you with the necessary utility connections.
