All crafts must be HANDMADE by the vendor and sold by the vendor or his/ her assigns. The NIBROC Planning Committee reserves the right to decline vendor applications if the above stipulation is in question. The NIBROC Planning Committee also reserves the right to grant exclusivity to any vendor for an additional fee. Please initial in the box above, indicating you have read these statements.

Vendor space is $75 for each 10 X 10 space (limit 2). APPLICATION and PAYMENT deadline: July 12, 2024. To pay by credit card, please call (606) 528-6390. No refunds of fees paid will be issued. NOTICE: Space selection is by availability and at the discretion of the director. First come, first served. No sharing or sub-leasing of booths. Booth space is available for the original vendor booking and paying for the space only. Your application will not be processed until all requirements are complete and payment in full is received. NO ROVING SALES, NO FREE ITEMS. OPERATION IS CONFINED TO YOUR RENTAL SPACE. NO SUB-LEASING OR SHARING OF BOOTH SPACE. The undersigned applicant has read, understands, and agrees to be bound and follow the NIBROC Festival Guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. Further, in consideration of the Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce allowing and permitting the undersigned applicant, his, hers, its member, his, hers, its, successors and assigned; and/or his, hers, its, theirs, executors and administrators agree, covenant and guarantee that the Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and any and all sponsors of NIBROC its, their assigns, servants, employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, owners, shareholders, successors, and all other persons, associations, corporations, and/or entities, whether herein named or referred to or not, are hereby released and discharged in all ways from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action, known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, for any injuries, losses and damages of any kind or nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from participation in NIBROC now and forevermore.
